These tiny ‘grains’ of crushed durum wheat are pre-steamed and then dried.
Super easy to prepare: simply hydrate with boiling water and fluff up with a fork.
It can be served as a couscous salad or traditionally as part of a tagine. Try adding melted butter, nut oils or olive oil – they are easily absorbed and each adds a different character to your dish.
