MSC certified Cantabrian anchovies in a kilner jar. Cantabrian Anchovies are considered by many, to be the best quality anchovies in the world. Caught between the months of April and June, this small little delicacy is selected and graded before being salted and
packed in traditional barrels to mature.

The MSC program is the most robust certification scheme for wild-capture fisheries in the market, meaning these anchovies are fished for in a sustainable way.
