Cows Milk, Pasteurised, Animal Rennet

King of stiltons. This is a powerhouse of a blue, made in a traditional way with a natural crust that protects the cheese within and also helps it have a complex flavour which is sweet and creamy to begin but develops into a superior tang which stays in the mouth.

This perfect example of stilton will pair happily with a huge range of wines, from big reds to dessert wines.  If you want to keep it classic, try it with our lovely and great value port from Krohn
