Aromatic, refreshing and fruity white. Italian Verdeca at its best.

Delicious aromas of hawthorn, acacia peach and yellow grapefruit, alongside mineral and saline notes. Blossomy note lingering on the finish. Fresh and savoury on the palate with citrus aftertaste. Made from the lesser seen Verdeca variety, this wine comes from the Produttori di Manduria co-operative. It's warm down in Puglia, so local grapes, such as Verdeca, have built a resilience to drought and retain an incredible freshness despite the warm temperatures. The Alice (locally pronounced AL-EACH-AY) is beautifully perfumed on the nose with zesty lemon, apricot and white flower aromas.
