DELIVERY INFORMATION

In the checkout, you may choose Ship for delivery.

For purchases of £20 or more, local delivery is £2 and available to customers in the following postcodes: LS18, LS19, LS16, LS5, LS6, LS7 and anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the deli at our discretion.

For purchases of less than £20, we recommend collection from the deli as local delivery is not available.

Delivery to the wider Bradford and Leeds area will have a £7 courier charge. This is  for postcodes with LS or BD prefix only.

Nationwide delivery can be arranged, please contact hello@pookysdeli.co.uk and we will provide a quote based upon the item dimensions and weight and destination.

COLLECTION INFORMATION

To choose collection from the deli, choose Pick-up in the checkout.

Orders placed for collection should be ready within 24 hours.

Delivery Days

Deliveries are made between 3pm and 8pm and our standard delivery day is Friday for local delivery.  Please contact us if you are not able to receive a delivery on a Friday we will advise if a different delivery day is possible.

Orders must be placed before 4pm Thursday to guarantee a next day delivery. 

Christmas Delivery 2025

We are only making deliveries on Friday 15th and Friday 22nd December 2022. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer alternative dates in the week before Christmas.

Courier Delivery

For national deliveries we use a courier service, orders will be dispatched with a 1-2 working day service and should arrive within 3 days of placing the order. 

We do not deliver to any addresses outside of the UK.

Chilled Goods Delivery

We no longer offer national delivery for cheese, charcuterie and any other chilled goods. Any chilled goods purchased as part of an order requiring national delivery will be refunded.
