This is The Chilli Jam Man's favourite! This contains the best Bhut Jolokia (Ghost pepper) flake and Chipotle he can find.  Amazing mixed with mayo or melted cheese, or try adding a spoonful into a chilli to give it a gorgeous smoky kick.  If you love smoky flavours and like a kick, this one is for you – it goes with everything!
