Crumbly soft caramel with espresso, white chocolate and martini (Inspired by the famous ‘Espresso Martini’ cocktail), this delicious white chocolate-enriched fudge is harmoniously flavoured with coffee and martini.

Buttermilk Artisan Confectionery was established over fifty years ago in Padstow, a small Cornish town with a formidable culinary reputation. Their team of experts still use traditional techniques, mixing ingredients in copper pans over open flames to create sixty flavours of fudge, honeycomb, chocolate and brittle.

Sugar, sweetened condensed milk (whole milk, sugar), salted butter (milk, salt), golden syrup, white chocolate (1.9%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), espresso martini liqueur (0.5%) (milk), sea salt, ground coffee (0.1%), natural coffee flavouring.
