This warming and wintry fudge is made with a subtle blend of festive fruits and spices, with a hint of warming brandy for a rich and indulgent treat. Every batch is skilfully crafted to crumble on the tongue with a melting, buttery bliss.

We’d like to build a gingerbread house using these chunky and crumbly blocks of fudge as bricks and then live inside it forever. Problem is, we’d definitely end up eating our new home.
