The world-famous beer Orval is a delicious slightly sweet pale ale brewed with subtle, citrusy hops. It's then dry hopped and bottle fermented with Brettanomyces, which over time eats all the sugar in the beer and leaves behind a herbal-dry beer unlike any other beer in the world. Over time the beer keeps changing and developing umami like flavours.
