Santa Macarena Pinot Noir is a single vineyard Pinot Noir that is bright, aromatic and fresh with subtle oak playing a supporting role. The emphasis on the delicious red fruit flavours, drinkability and enjoyment. A seriously cool Pinot.

This is a versatile wine, but it will be especially well paired with fillet steak, its profile nearly as delicate as the meat.  Also beautifully suited to fish.
