Made in Herefordshire, this is a superior goats cheese with a delicate light creamy texture and almonst lemony flavour with just a hint of goat. Dorstone is ready for eating at only three weeks old.
The wrinkly rind forms naturally and helps produce yeasty, herbaceous and nutty flavours, as well as break the cheese paste down.

Available as 180g individual cheese.
