Traditional clothbound Cheddar made in Yorkshire by Camphill Village Trust who support people with learning and other disabilities.

This cheddar is one of several artisan hard cheeses which develop a blue vein as it matures to add to its distinctive, tangy bite and rich, long-lasting flavour.  Don't be alarmed if you are lucky enough to find a small blue streak in your piece, it adds to the fantastic flavour.

Dale End pairs well with bigger fruity reds.  Our best seller U.Passimiento would definitely match up to this cheese.
