This cheese is naturally smoked with real oakwood chips using a cold smoke technique - no artificial ingredients, flavouring or processing are used. It’s creamy smooth, mellow and lightly smoked.  The addition of fresh chilli peppers makes for a spicy cheese with a characteristic taste. It also slices and melts beautifully.
