The Buche de Chevre is the classic goats cheese. Flavour is clean, fresh and not as strong as some others with a light sweetness.  Texture is soft and creamy with a flaky centre, the cheese instantly melts in the mouth.Â
As a gateway goat's cheese, this is a great introduction; it is incredibly versatile and is fantastic in all sorts of dishes.
