Rias Baixas, Spain

Really fashionable but as yet largely undiscovered, this has lashings of ripe stone fruits & tropical notes too. It's lip-smacking & very minerally.

Food match
Traditionally paired with shellfish, but also great with a pork pie!  Likes younger, fresher cheeses like goats.
