It's a hard farmhouse cheese made in a Gouda-style so itÂ has that sweet nuttiness you expect from Alpine cheese and it's matured for at least 16 months to increase the flavour intensity.Â If you like ComtÃ©, Old Winchester, Poacher or Berwick Edge you'll love this.
Kern, by the way, means 'round' in Cornish.
