Manchego Cheese is a hard, buttery-tasting cheese, with a silky texture. It has an ivory-coloured interior punctuated by several small holes.
Matured for 12 months, its crumbly texture dissolves in the mouth, so revealing the creamy richness of the ewes milk.

Classic pairing is with a Rioja, although the Garnacha is also a worthy Spanish wine Borsao Tres Picos Garnacha

Available as 150g, 250g and 350g pieces.
