This British soft mould-ripened cheese is an outstanding example of just how delicious camembert is, and sits head and shoulders (and oh this cheese has body!) above anything you can find in a supermarket on either side of the channel. Made using traditional Camembert techniques (a slow acidification, and hand-ladling) as well as undulating moulds and yeasts that help to create a unique cheesewith an intense vegetal, porcini flavour.

Available as 250g individual cheese.

Your cheese will be cut the day before your nominated collection date and wrapped in waxed cheese paper which allows it to breath. For optimum care, keep it in a sealed box (e.g. tupperware with lid on) in the fridge so that the air in the fridge doesn't dry it out. Take your cheese out of the fridge at least 2 hours before you intend to eat it.
