The Buche de Chevre is the classic goats cheese. Flavour is clean, fresh and not as strong as some others with a light sweetness. Texture is soft and creamy with a flaky centre, the cheese instantly melts in the mouth.
As a gateway goat's cheese, this is a great introduction; it is incredibly versatile and is fantastic in all sorts of dishes.
Available as 150g, 250g, or 350g.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR CHEESE
Your cheese will be cut the day before your nominated collection date and wrapped in waxed cheese paper which allows it to breath. For optimum care, keep it in a sealed box (e.g. tupperware with lid on) in the fridge so that the air in the fridge doesn't dry it out. Take your cheese out of the fridge at least 2 hours before you intend to eat it.
