Britain's first unpasteurised, soft, blue brie-style cheese was invented by a farmer looking to turn his milk into something more valuable and more delicious too.
A wonderful balance between the rich creaminess of the milk and peppery bite from the P.Roquefortii mould. It matures from a slightly chalky centre to a creamy sometime runny texture. The natural rind contains an array of moulds that develop the flavour of the cheese in the brie-style of cheese-ripening.
Available as 150g, 250g, or 350g.
