This could be Italy's finest rosé fizz, their own 'pink champagne' with 100% pinot noir grape. Comes in a patented square sided / pyramid bottle to get 3 x more surface area in contact with the lees resulting in a much more complex, yet still young and fresh, vibrant and fruity vintage wine.
