A light Balsamic vinegar with good depth and a well balanced slightly sweet and tangy flavour.
Produced in the Messinia region of Greece, the vinegar is matured for a minimum of 8 months with the final 4 months of the maturation process taking place in traditional oak barrels.
This versatile balsamic vinegar is a good, all-round alternative to our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - it's perfect mixed with olive oil for dressings and marinades or for cooking with and its light consistency makes it a a good choice for dipping.
