Tangy rhubarb from the famous ‘triangle’ work wonderfully in combination with the warmth of stem ginger to make Yorkshire Rhubarb and Ginger Jam, a perfect Rosebud pairing and enduringly popular.

The sweet delicate flavour of pink/red forced rhubarb in late winter, or the sharper outdoor variety in spring, makes wonderful preserves, especially in combination with the sweet and spicy warmth of stem ginger. The rhubarb in this Yorkshire Rhubarb and Ginger Jam comes from the sixth generation of one grower near Wakefield in West Yorkshire.
This is by far the most popular Rosebud rhubarb pairing and one we heartily recommend. Naturally set by the properties of fresh fruit and unrefined cane sugar alone.
