With English truffle oil and mushroom velouté

32OZ TOMAHAWK STEAK

One of the most sublime cuts of beef and definitely oneto share. This is a 35-day aged piece of Yorkshire beef. It has all the marbling and flavour of the ribeye.

Served with creamy potato dauphonnoise, crunch onion rings, garlicky green beans, spiced roast tomato and a fresh salsa verde.

INDIVIDUAL PAVLOVA

White chocolate and raspberry meringue, chantilly cream and coulis.

CHEESEBOARD

A selection of artisan cheeses from the deli with crackers and accompaniments

For wine lovers, we have some outstanding wines available to accompany each course as part of a Wine Flight.
