Truffle Hunter shave the highest quality white truffles and expertly blend them with their unique flavour & cold-pressed olive oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged. Single concentrated isn't as strong as double concentrated oils, allowing you to add a generous amount of oil to a dish without overpowering it.

Use as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving. Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
